Family Enrollment

Our programs provide emotional support, family strengthening,

and practical essentials to foster and adoptive families.

SMS Counties served

Register
​​Families must live in the following counties (or one county away) to be eligible for SMS's services:  Adair, Adams, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Fremont, Guthrie, Greene, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, Taylor, and Douglas County in Nebraska.
Eligible families include foster parents, adoptive parents, guardians, and kinship caregivers, whether or not they have state involvement.

Families are responsible for keeping us informed of any changes in household members or contact information to ensure all children receive the support they need.
