Families may register with Share My Smile at any time. Families who qualify: foster parents, adoptive parents, guardian and/or kinship placements with or without state involvement. 

 

Families who register are automatically enrolled into Project Birthday Joy and receive communications regarding all future events, services and programming. Foster youth in the home will likely change from time to time. Foster families are responsible for updating these changes and any changes in contact information so we may serve all children in the home (see link below).

We serve the following 17 Iowa Counties: Adair, Adams, Audubon, Carroll, Cass, Crawford, Fremont, Guthrie, Greene, Harrison, Mills, Monona, Montgomery, Page, Pottawattamie, Shelby, and Taylor. We serve Douglas County (NE) and other Iowa Counties on a case by case basis. Please contact us with questions.
