Christy Hughes

Christy Hughes joins the Share My Smile team with years of experience as a foster and an adoptive parent.  She has been a volunteer for Share My Smile for over a year. Christy has been an educator for 30 years, earning her Bachelor's degree in 2003.  Christy is currently attending Bellevue University to attain her Master's degree in Human Services. She has extensive experience teaching children, ages 5 to 9, as well as children with special needs. She is the proud mother of four boys ages 21, 16, 6, and 4. Children are at the core of everything Christy does, and she will work with her whole heart to uphold the mission and values of SMS.
