As Senior Director of Revenue Operations, Hector has demonstrated his ability to drive impactful outcomes. His tenure at Radisson Hotel Group Americas/Choice Hotels was marked by year-over-year growth in client acquisition and a consistent market share increase for client hotels. He led successful system migrations, integrated cross-functional departments, and founded innovative revenue enablement strategies to enhance organizational performance.
 

Before entering the hospitality sector, Hector excelled at Mutual of Omaha Insurance Companies as Sales & Solutions Operations Manager, surpassing sales targets. He also implemented Lean Six Sigma practices to foster operational efficiency. Hector’s qualifications include an Arts Degree from Wade College and certifications such as CRME (Certified Revenue Management Executive) and CHIA (Certified Hotel Industry Analyst), Trauma Informed Parenting and NTDC Training Certification (Training to License Foster Parents).
